About Orato

We built Orato because the phone call never died.

Businesses across India, the UAE, and the US still close their most important deals, resolve their hardest support issues, and collect their most overdue payments over the phone. The problem was never the channel, it was the cost of staffing it. We're fixing that with AI that actually sounds human. Beyond deploying voice agents, Orato is building its own proprietary voice models, STT, TTS, and turn-taking, trained from the ground up for the languages and accents that the rest of the world has ignored.

The story

In 2026, Anshuman and Diwakar started Orato out of Dubai after watching enterprise sales teams across the Middle East, India, and the US lose deals not because their product was weak, but because follow-up calls didn't happen. Leads went cold. Support queues grew. Collections slipped. The solution wasn't a chatbot. It was an AI that could pick up the phone.

Computer Science and Finance, Northeastern University. Former professional athlete. A masters admit at Brown University, he deferred to build Orato. Previously at SAP MENA Dubai and Schneider Electric. Leads go-to-market, partnerships, and fundraising across the Middle East, India, and the US.

Diwakar Tiwari

Co-Founder & CTO

Gurgaon, India

Computer Science, Chandigarh University. Leads all product and engineering at Orato. Building proprietary STT, TTS, and turn-taking models trained on South Asian and Middle Eastern languages, the core technology that makes Orato sound different from every other voice agent platform.
