You top up credits and spend them per connected minute of calling. There's no monthly fee and no commitment, when you're not making calls, you're not paying. Credits never expire, so anything you top up stays yours.
Do credits expire if I don't use them?+
No. Credits roll forever. There are no bundled minutes that vanish at the end of the month, you only spend credits when calls actually happen.
When are subscription plans launching?+
We're finishing the platform work behind seats, concurrency tiers, and team features. Subscriptions are coming soon. In the meantime, pay-as-you-go gives you the full product with no commitment, and you'll be able to move to a plan whenever they go live.
What's included in Enterprise?+
Enterprise adds discounted volume rates, unlimited seats and concurrency, SSO, custom data retention, contractual SOC 2 / GDPR / HIPAA, custom integrations, dedicated infrastructure, a success manager, and an SLA. Pricing is tailored to your call volume, reach out and we'll scope it with you.
